Rank up → the venue's cheer sample, rank down → boos, gated behind the
feedBack-venue-crowd-sfx setting (default off), rate-limited by the
existing transition hysteresis and suppressed during the intro. Sounds
ship per-venue in the pack manifest (sfx: {up, down}).
