OmikronApex 077309cf00 fix(build): preserve mac entitlements through Velopack re-sign 
Same gap as nightly.yml: vpk pack --signAppIdentity without
--signEntitlements strips electron-builder's entitlements
(audio-input, allow-jit, ...) from the release feed's .app.
