Scott Mansell a6cf98332b Fix fallthough in CodeView/MemoryView widgets
This slightly changes the behaviour, but I think this is more correct.

Martino Fontana 95dec13203 Improve usage of std::move and const references parameters
Accomplished using `run-clang-tidy` with `performance-move-const-arg,performance-unnecessary-value-param,modernize-pass-by-value`.

Changed arguments to const references, removed them where inappropriate (e.g. sink parameters). Same with std::move.

Manually reviewed each change to make sure that it makes sense, and do something more appropriate if possible.

Dentomologist 69a5e516ed BreakpointWidget: Fix drawing of icon when breakpoints are disabled
Fix incorrect scaling of the gap drawn inside enabled breakpoints in
BreakpointWidget when breakpoints are globally disabled and the font
size is changed from the default.

As the font size increased the gap would become larger and its center
would "migrate" downward and rightward until the gap stopped being
visible at all.

Additionally, at small font sizes integer truncation issues could result
in the gap being offset towards the top left.

cristian64 a051acec91 DolphinQt: Size adjustments in **Registers** widget based on selected debug font.
- Row height is no longer hardcoded to `24`; instead, the height is
  determined by the font height of the currently selected debug font.
- Header height has been reduced (a factor of the font height) as it
  only serves as a column resizer.
- A `OnDebugFontChanged()` slot has been connected to properly update
  the widget on debug font changes.

JosJuice c1a26808ce Jit: Use RangeSet for physical_addresses
This makes JitBaseBlockCache::ErasePhysicalRange around 50% faster and
PPCAnalyzer::Analyze around 40% faster. Rogue Squadron 2's notoriously
laggy action of switching to and from cockpit view is made something
like 20-30% faster by this, though this is a very rough measurement.

Martino Fontana a14c88ba67 Remove unused imports
Yellow squiggly lines begone!
Done automatically on .cpp files through `run-clang-tidy`, with manual corrections to the mistakes.
If an import is directly used, but is technically unnecessary since it's recursively imported by something else, it is *not* removed.
The tool doesn't touch .h files, so I did some of them by hand while fixing errors due to old recursive imports.
Not everything is removed, but the cleanup should be substantial enough.
Because this done on Linux, code that isn't used on it is mostly untouched.
(Hopefully no open PR is depending on these imports...)

JosJuice 8749855643 Call JitInterface::UpdateMembase from PowerPC::MSRUpdated
When the interpreter calls MSRUpdated, we should update the membase
variable. Not because the interpreter itself needs it, but because the
JIT needs it if it's falling back to the interpreter for an instruction
that sets the MSR.

Additionally, the JIT's FallBackToInterpreter needs to read back the new
membase value afterwards.

This fixes games crashing on JitArm64 if mtmsr is set to fall back to
interpreter. I was unable to reproduce the issue on Jit64, presumably
due to a fortunate series of coincidences (instructions that set MSR are
always followed by an exception exit, and
PowerPCManager::CheckExternalExceptions was always calling
JitInterface::UpdateMembase, and Jit64::WriteExceptionExit was always
calling Jit64::EmitUpdateMembase.)

Dentomologist 43ab79ae23 MemoryViewWidget: Fix updates at end of address space
Fix two bugs that occurred when viewing a memory range starting shortly
before 0xffffffff.

Bug 1: When there was at least one visible memory address at or after
0x0 none of the values would be displayed even when some of the
addresses were valid. This happened because the loop condition in
GetValues immediately returned false since m_address_range.first >
m_address_range.second, causing m_values to be empty. This in turn led
every address to be considered INVALID_MEMORY in UpdateColumns.

Bug 2: When m_address_range.second was equal to 0xffffffff GetValues
would enter an infinite loop. This happened because address would
overflow to 0 after printing the last value in the table, causing the
loop condition address <= m_address_range.second to be true forever.
